Merry Christmas Eve Eve to all of you!!

Wishing the best ever Christmas!  I hope each of you will be spending it with loved ones and sharing lots of love, laughter and joy!

I am heading out for a few days to spend some VERY needed and great times with my entire family! I feel so blessed to have them and want to enjoy every second!  I will be back a little next week and then off to my adventures in the Big Apple for New Years Eve and My Birthday!

I am heading out for a few days to spend some VERY needed and great times with my entire family! I feel so blessed to have them and want to enjoy every second!  I will be back a little next week and then off to my adventures in the Big Apple for New Years Eve and My Birthday!

Season's Favorites!

With the Season sadly coming to an end I wanted to share some of my favorite things about this oh so special time of year!  

Of course my ultimate favorite thing during this time of year is FAMILY!  This is the one guaranteed time of year that no matter what my ENTIRE family comes together and as crazy as it may get it is truly the best part of the season!

But I did want to share a few other favorites I have..

A new favorite that I actually found myself this year was.. 
Hot Cocoa with Marsh-mellows and a Candy cane!

Another favorite, although I do also slightly dread it, is truly having a White Christmas, now that I live in the "north" I don;t get as excited because its not as much as a rarity as it was when I was living in Florida and would only see the snow at Christmas, but their is a REAL since of the holidays when your surroundings are covered in the white stuff!

Christmas PJ's, although its no longer a tradition to have the matching ones, I do LOVE this tradition of staying in them as long as possible!!

Candle Light Christmas Eve service!  I feel very blessed to have grown up going to a candle light service every Christmas eve, it is one of the most breath-taking serene moments of the year.  When the church goes completely dark with the only source of light coming from each individual candle!

Literally starting the day after Thanksgiving, I will ONLY play Christmas music 24-7!  I adore any and all Christmas tunes and each song has so many memories!

And finally is the Christmas dinner, when the entire family sits down together and shares all their many blessings with one another!  Being together plus the amazing food, I think its the best present one can really get!

I do wish each and EVERY one of you a VERY merry Christmas!  I will be taking a few days off from now until after Christmas! But I wish you all the many presents, blessings and love to you and your families!  Be safe and very MERRY!

Season's Favorites!

What to Wear Wednesday (WTWW)

My 5 Holiday Obsessions!! 
Many that I have already included, but a few new ones!!

FURS!! 

So as many of you know I LOVE me some furs! I actually recently got some old ones from my great grandmother, absolutely gorgeous..slightly scared to actually wear them out yet..but I have been enjoying some of my faux fur items I picked up at the beginning of the season!

BOLD NAILS!

I have been LOVING this trend all season long and will continue to enjoy the bold dark nails through the winter!

I also am thinking of changing up my normal dark purple/navy for a bright rich holiday red!

LEATHER!! esp leather pants!

Found and bought my FIRST ever pair of leather pants a few weeks ago, haven't worn them yet but have a feeling I will be this next weekend while in the Big Apple!

SPARKLES..SEQUINS!

This is actually a photo of my NYE dress!! I am of course excited about it!! I adore the sequins and the sweetness of the gold color!

WINGED EYES!!

I am definitely feeling this winged eye look as well.. love that is a little something more then the usual dark eyeliner!  T-Swift has been rocking this look for years and I have always loved it but I like how Eva (above) combines the winged with a bit of the smokey look..great idea for cocktail Holiday party, or a great look for NYE!

Christmas Movie?!  With the ABC Family 25 days of Christmas to the nightly specials on all the major networks, there is NO lack of Christmas spirit throughout TV land this season!  

With all the many choices I have one question for you.. what is your favorite Christmas movie...

Is it a Classic??

This movie is a MUST for our family, my uncle INSISTS that we all watch it EVERY Christmas, and a few years ago even got the famous Leg lamp!!

Love the book, seen the re-make but don't remember the original..definitely a must to see VERY soon

Many years ago I actually was in this production at my children's theater this story will always hold a special place in my heart because of this!

I sadly have yet to see this classic, but from many friend's recommendations I plan on seeing it before the season is over!

Or maybe more into the more recent Christmas movies, some of these are now my ALL Time favorites!!

I almost thought about including this into the Classics, because this movie is a MUST for everyone to see!  Can't find a funnier Christmas flick!

Probably one of my ALL TIME favorite movies, maybe ALL year long too!  Absolutely LOVE this movie, and although it may be considered a "chick-flick" I guarantee your boyfriend/ brother/ random dude will also love it! 

Very sweet and yet I cry each time as well! Great and very "real" movie for all families!

Another movie, that really should go into the classics! Actually watched this, this past Sunday! You cannot go wrong or ever get sick of this one!

Ok so now I just feel like I am completely repeating myself but LOVE LOVE this one as well.. wow I think some of my all time favorite movies are all "Christmas themed"

It's on TV ALLL the time, if you've never seen it you should be ashamed..and they even have a 1, 2, 3, and 4!! All of them pretty good, however the 1st is of course the BEST!

Family favorite, we even have the bell!

TV Favorites..yep I will say it, this time of year even the TV originals are great!

  

And of course I could never forget our FAVORITE ELF..Will Farrell...bringing us Christmas cheer
