Unfortunately due to my crazy weekend and just getting back in town early this morning I wont be able to partake in any of the fun Halloween festivities, but thought I could at least share some cute photos I found with you all in celebration!

Hope you all either had a great time celebrating this weekend, or have some awesome plans for this evening!  So wish I could help pass out candy to the little ones tonight..

It's football Time!

So I don't know how many of you may have gone to a BIG football school for college, but those of us who did, understand that no matter what the best time of the year is football season.  I was lucky enough to grow up as a GATOR (as many of you know) and was blessed to attend the University of Florida during the best four years anyone could ask for (4 national championships!)  Although I am sadly becoming an "adult" and rarely get back to see many games, I am excited to be heading back to the state of Florida for one of the best traditions we have here in College Football, 

FL/GA Jacksonville!

Not only is it a great time, but it has also turned into a reunion of sorts!

So here is to one great weekend, of great football, awesome tailgating and the very best of friends!

Hope you all have a great weekend!  And for those of you staying up here in the Northeast, hoping that we don't actually get this snow, we keep hearing about..

Capes... a Do or Dont?

I am back, but cannot promise for too much, although I will try to get inspired by the holidays and be posting more.. (school + work = little time for blog, sadly)

Anyways.. I am back for now, and want your opinions about CAPES!  Are they a Do or Don't?

I still do not own one, but am very intrigued by them every year, and with the many styles they have brought out this year I am even more interested.. take a look, many thanks to Asos!

So what are your takes on capes? Are they a do or don't?

What to Wear Wednesday (WTWW) Elbow Patches!

Have you ever worn elbow patches? 

More and more I am seeing this style in tons of my favorite fall sweaters and outwear.. and I am loving this style, its not only a great use of contracting textures and colors, but also functional..I mean who wants to wear out your elbow seams anyways..

For those of you whom aren't quite sure of the drastic color differences in the elbow patch, there are many styles that just use a darker or lighter shade of the original sweater, for others such as the navy blazer above, the more drastic punch of red makes this otherwise more ordinary navy blazer one that will not be forgotten!

Loving this style also for the men in our lives.. Take note boys this style looks just as good on us as it does on you!

And finally here are some styles and where you can find them, plus you can see how depending on your budget you can find some great elbow patches 
no matter your pocket size!
