What to Wear Wednesday (WTWW)..NYE Dress?

Ok so its that time of year again, and honestly I am feeling a little behind the gun on options but thanks to my love for online shopping there's always rush-shipping, right?!

Anyways here are a few extra fun options from

Happy Holidays..Ski Edition!

Ok so I have to first admit I have actually never been snow skiing... (I know its slightly shameful)

I am (or should I say use to be) a master on the water but never have taken up the chance to hit the slopes, but with a trip in my near future and thanks to some awesome photos from Life, I have been even more inspired to try out this sport!

This is my sort of snow "skiing"

Here are a few other items that I would/will be including in my ski adventures!

Friday's Favorites

Oh happy Friday my darlings!! Not sure how your week has been but I am very thankful this week is coming to an end.. especially due to the first few days of this week..

But I also have to keep in mind as hectic as these past days have been, can you believe its already almost mid-December.. I know I will blink and there goes Christmas..so I am trying to promise myself not to rush these precious holiday days!

Here are some of my Friday favorites this week.. starting with FLANNEL..

  

aka I cannot get enough of it lately, never thought I would say this but between its comfy-ness (yes I know that's not a word) its bright colors and its warmth its been one of my favorites these last few weeks and I don't think anything will change in the near future!

Next is thanks to my roommate, and her newest nail color from Essie.. loving my nude nails!

For the extra sparkle add the one glitter nail..Love this!

Next is oh one of my FAVORITES of the entire season..

 

Christmas music, Mariah has to be my all-time favorite and I am loving Michael Buble's Christmas as well 

Finally like I said earlier this week has definitely been quite stressful, just as many of you probably can relate to but I do fully believe in this and may it help us all in our daily lives!

Friday's Favorites

Happy Holidays.. Gingerbread Houses!

Have you ever made a Gingerbread House? Do you make one every year? 

I have made a few in my day.. 

 probably the most memorable was one that my mom and I helped do while we were watching a neighborhood kid!  

 

I don't really remember making a lot of houses as a child so this was one of my first memories.. I think I was in middle school and we were watching our neighbors grandson while they were out, and as a "fun" activity they brought over a Gingerbread house kit.. what was suppose to be fun and easy turned into duck-tape.. staple gun and the most UN-edible Gingerbread house ever!  But like I said although it didn't turn out exactly how planned it sure did make it memorable and believe it or not I have made a few since!

This year I picked up a kit from Trader Joe's my roommates and I are planning on creating our house this weekend!  I'll let you know if any glue guns or duck tape are needed!
