As today is Veterans Day I would simply like to say Thank You!! If it wasn't for those who have served and those currently serving, none of us would be living as we are today! We owe our freedom, our safety and our country to all of those amazing men and women who risked their lives and fought for us!!
Here is one of the most amazing videos about the Homecoming of our troops, I have watched it many of times and I can honestly say it brings a tear to my face each time! I urge everyone to watch!
Living so close to Arlington cemetery I am honored to have a constant reminder of the those who fought for our freedom, although it is a sad place and it honors those we have lost I believe it is a critical part of our country's history and one that we must never forget...
Love this picture of this amazing Veteran! My grandfather fought in WWII and I am so proud of him, this man reminds me of him!
If you have someone close to you that has fought for our freedom, I urge you to ask them about their stories and thank them for all they did for us! Their stories are our past and it is for them that we are here today and living the lives we have!
There's nothing quite as amazing as a safe homecoming of those we love, as shown in the video I posted above, this picture is a beautiful reminder of those who go and fight and then come back home safely! I wish and pray for all those currently fighting to return safely and quickly, we need you there as much as we need you back home!
