Golden Globes wrap-up!

It's once again the kick-off to award shows 2012! 

and the Golden Globes are always the best way to start!  Unfortunately all in all I was overall disappointed in the dress, but I of course have the full wrap up from last night's red carpet!  

Ricky.. oh Ricky!  Although one had to notice the lack of screen time he had this year.. guess that was the only way NBC could filter him.. the above scene with Jimmy Fallon and Adam Levine, some of the funnier moments of last night's production..

The Artist, after last night makes me want to see this even more..however my couch and a bottle of wine might need to follow do to the silence!  I am very excited and proud to see a film like this make such a big hit at the Globes!

Ok so now for the dresses...

Oh madonna.. sorry but she drove me absolutely nuts last night.. I give it to her for trying to make 2012 her year.. we shall wait for the Super Bowl.. but the one glove and the oversized cross.. too much!  

Nicole..dress: NO, body: WOW! 

Grammys.. NOT Globes!  This dress was just too much.. plus the big rockstar hair 

The headbands.. personally the only one I thought actually worked was Charlize's.. Michelle's was just too much, the dress although not my favorite was beautiful but the black velvet headband just didn't work!  

Although not everyone agreed.. I did like Claire's dress especially the back, I won't lie if it wasn't for the open back probably would of hated it, but it saved the dress!

Men in tux's.. thats all!

Honestly did NOT like either, sorry Angelina, but hated the color block.. not needed, and then the perfectly matched lips and clutch.. 

Both of these dresses were OK for me.. I love Michelle, and so happy for her win, and did you all hear her speech, crying! but the dresses again not overly impressed

Zoey... as much as i ADORE her, because I honestly do, and The New Girl, has to be one of the best new shows out there.. 

but the sideburns.. or whatever those things were, it was awful... and the dress I give it to her for being unique but NO... its the Globes we can do better!

Two more actress's that are truly STARS.. especially Meryl, love her (although her speech was..umm ya!) but unfortunately once again not loving either dress.. Julianne Moore's stylish dressed her in a cocktail dress and then thought..Oops I forgot it was the Globes..lets add some material and make it a gown?? really... 

(earrings were the best part of that entire outfit)

Angelina and Natalie must of either had the same stylist, or they got the same memo, again sadly did not like this look.. Natalie is GORGEOUS and this dress just made her look large and just too much pink...

Love, Love, Love Morgan... especially with the shades..looking good!

didn't think it was best dressed, but I did think Sophia looked great, but with that body how can she not?  I also really liked her hair sleek and straight!

two VERY beautiful couples.. I do have to say that George and Staci definitely beat out Brangelina...

Rooney... Liked that she stayed with her black and cut-outs but the bottom teacup RUINED the dress.. why it didn't just stay long and sleek, don't ask me.. 

another one that I love.. but the too relaxed hair just did not match with the dress...

Charlize, by FAR the best for me and of my house last night.. she looked gorgeous, she took a chance and it was great!  Her skin of course looked great and I thought the head piece actually did work!

Just so happy for her win, her speech was great and what an inspiration.. wasn't crazy about the color.. but the fit looked great on her!

so that wraps it up.. I know there were MANY more.. but I didn't want to bore you too much with all my commentary!  Hope you all enjoyed it, and hear is to many more shows this season.. and really hoping to see some better fashions.. come on 2012 we can do better than this..

Congrats to all the nominees and winners, I definitely have some shows and movies that I will be putting on my must-sees soon!
