What to Wear Wednesday (WTWW) sick of the cold?

I don't know if any of you have hit this point quite yet, but I unfortunately already have, and desperately am longing for the days of whites, shorts and bathing suits..aka spring and summer 2011!  I realize that it won't be for a few more months until I am able to fully take advantage of these trends but just eying them today has made my cold-blues slightly disappear!

Spring & Summer 2011 trends!

Whites, although I am a true believer in the winter white I am also a black snob all fall/winter long and rarely drag up the cougar to wear this beautiful color during these oh so bitter months!

Absolutely adore these three runway looks, and each are completely street ready! You can even manage to incorporate this trend a little earlier than others with the beautiful white trench! I love the first white on white look with the two flowy pieces, looks so comfortable yet very polished!

 Of course I also LOVE this tunic dress, the details in this dress make it! I love the length short enough to wear with cute flat sandals either on a trip to the beach or a romantic dinner outside! Absolute perfection all summer long!

Maxi Dress! as many of you probably know I love me a good mini, especially during those hot months of summer, but a huge trend this spring and summer is the maxi dress! I love the color varieties that they have introduced this year and this type and style is definitely flattering on all body shapes!

Marc Jacobs, has introduced his spring line with the "almost-maxi" length dress both bright colored pieces are the perfect way to stand out and yet still feel covered up. I definitely know Yellow will be a huge color, so don't be scared to give it a try! maybe start with a bright yellow clutch and move your way toward the all yellow maxi dress!

This is NOT your everyday maxi dress, but was too beautiful not to show-off! 


Bottoms-- capris and bell-bottoms!
Talk about a switch up on your lower half, this season there will be all kinds of new trends, including both capris and bell-bottoms!

 Not sure if I will jump off into this trend right this second, but I like the switch up, always fun to have something completely new and fresh (or for some of you, maybe reach way back in the closet and find those fun 70s trends that you have been waiting for their return)
as they say all "good" things have their come back!


And finally another much more practical trend for accessories this upcoming spring and summer season is the Purse Belt! (no I am not referring to the fanny-pack) these belts are much more sophisticated! and thanks to these styles from the runway maybe a fun new practical trend I may try out myself!
