It's New Year, what are YOU wearing!!
Today I thought I would do another shout out to one of my favorite Online shopping stores and give you a few new looks to help you jump into this year in FULL fashion!

First look I adore, I am totally into over-sized more comfy but yet totally stylish shirts, especially if they have a stripe! And of course the perfect combo with a larger shirt are some skinnys, whether its your skinny jeans, jeggings or for the more over-sized and longer tees match them with a pair of thick leggings!
SHORTS in the winter, you may ask??
But these days EVERYONE from your oh so stylish sister to the top celebs are rocking the shorts with tights! and why not? we all know how sick of jeans we get, especially after the months of the cold! So break out those shorts (preferably dark-colored) and rock them with some crazy tights! Love the black mini shorts with some bright tights!
I love this silk shirt matched with these whimsical shorts! pair it with some sheer gray tights and some cute booties, and you are ready for that date night!
Unexpected color squares (or pockets)
I spotted this silk shirt on Modcloth and immediately fell in love! I could totally see wearing it played down for a more casual look, or dressing it up with some navy suit pants and a statement necklace and looking oh so fashionable and cute, to impress your boss!
SWEATERS!
Obviously, as much as we would all love to live in sweet sun dresses and shorst year around, for those of us who actually do have seasons, a staple in our fall/winter/spring closets are sweaters!
I took two more EXTREME looks to show you the versatility of sweaters, and honestly I love them both, although they are VERY different! The first is obviously very sweet, cream sweater dress perfect under tights and a knee length pea coat! The second distressed much more modern and rugged feel, but I adore the stripes and the "shock" factor of it..perfectly pair with a dark skinny wash and knee high brown boots!
Clock Locket!
I actually found one of these at a vintage store years ago when I was visiting Chapel Hill. I absolutely adored it an wore it almost daily! Unfortunately because it was vintage the clasp doesn't stay closed very well, it really looked quite a bit like this one. (thinking either I need to find someone to fix mine, or immediately buy this one)
Perfect Blouse!
Sheer plus stripes!! does it get any better?! match this gorgeous but yet very played down top with black skinnys and either a black cami or maybe even a gold sparkly top and some amazing rounded toe pumps and you are ready to take your town! You can of course play it down by pairing it with some cute ballet flats and still look amazing! make sure to wear one piece of gold statement jewelry, to give the look just enough piazza!
Coats, Jackets, Puffers, and more...
Another ultimate STAPLE during the next few months, but don't we all get sick of our obvious black pea coat.. why not snazz it up a bit by grabbing a more trendy and fun jacket to play up on your everyday coat attire.. Whether your into the ultra preppy plaid pea coat, or the more rugged military look (both VERY stylish and definitely in for 2011) Both of these coats will set you free from your boring and blue days of winter!
Bright bag!
Everyone, even the most optimistic, too happy neighbor or coworker you may have, will have an "off" day so why not make life more exciting without even having to change your outfit! I totally recommend a very BRIGHT and especially large bag to have in your closet, this can turn any blah day into a fun and unexpected adventure!
